Parent Consultation
Parents receive training in the home in real life everyday situations. Parents are given the tools to support their child's learning and development as well as the right strategies to decrease problem behaviors and stereotypical, repetitive behaviors seen in children on the Autism spectrum. Parents, siblings, grandparents and other caregivers are taught and encouraged to use behavior analytic principles. The more caregivers implementing behavior analytic strategies with your child the more your child will successfully learn and generalize new skills.
Individualized Programs
We understand that challenging behaviors can be stressful and overwhelming to families so we individualize our services to fit each family’s needs. A highly trained ABA therapist will assist your family in dealing with challenging and problem behaviors by demonstrating tactics and by providing feedback on the skills needed to teach appropriate replacement behaviors and decrease problem behaviors. Parents are the best teachers because they know their children better than anyone and are with their children more often than anyone. The ultimate goal of ABA services is to leave the parent equipped with the ABA tactics needed to reduce problem behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors and skills.
