We are currently accepting applications for Behavior Therapists in the Orange County, CA area.
Behavior Therapists (AKA Interventionists) at Morning Star ABA Therapy enjoy a fulfilling career helping children with Autism by implementing top quality ABA programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Interventionists are responsible for direct one to one therapy, parent consultation, ongoing data collection. This work takes place mainly in client homes, but also in the community and schools in Orange County, CA.
Requirements:
Employment experience working with children; ABA Therapy experience preferred.
Minimum High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Valid CA driver's license, proof of car insurance and reliable vehicle. Undergo DMV driving record check.
Clear TB test per State laws.
Undergo criminal background check/Livescan per State laws.
Ability to frequently and independently lift, swiftly move, run and carry objects weighing a minimum of fifty (50) pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be available at least 4 weekdays/schooldays during high demand hours of 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm.
High degree of professionalism, reliability and motivation to help children with Autism.
Ability to pass an ABA test.

Scholarship toward Bachelors and/or Masters degree and BCBA coursework through Morning Star's Partner University's.
BCBA and BCaBA coursework available. BCBA supervised fieldwork provided.
Interventionists are eligible for sick days in accordance with State law.
Employees are paid drive time and receive mileage reimbursement.
